Frequently asked questions

How fast are contract alterations done?

By arrangement — as a guideline one to two working days per dress from handover; for batches we agree a binding schedule. Emergencies before a wedding date: talk to us directly, more is possible than you'd think.

How does invoicing work?

Per piece at list price, collected into a weekly or monthly invoice for your shop. Volume pricing for regular quantities is discussed with the first batch.

How do we start?

With a trial batch: two or three dresses, one agreed date. After that you know whether quality and pace fit your boutique — no contract, no minimum volume.
