Frequently asked

Do you alter Áo Dài for women, men and children?

Yes, all three. We adjust length, width, sleeves and closures — and with delicate silk we work gently and by hand wherever needed.

How early before Tết should the Áo Dài be done?

Come three to four weeks before the festival if you can — before Tết and in wedding season it gets busy. Short-notice requests we discuss honestly: what works, we commit to; what doesn't, we say so.

What does an Áo Dài alteration cost?

By effort — simple hems are inexpensive, work on silk and details takes more time. We give you a fixed price after a quick look at Baumschulenstraße 36, before we start.
