We open and close the zipper several times, check glide, tension and stops. Only then is the order done.

We inspect the seam line and function, then condition the leather where needed.

Heel, sole, seam, or zip — we check the shoe and tell you what's worth repairing.

We give you the price after the assessment. The shoes don't go into the workshop until you've said yes.

The job goes to the shoe station with the right tools for heels, soles, and leather.

New heel, glued or sewn sole, boot zipper replacement — matched to the damage.

We check the hold, adhesion, and seam before the shoes are returned.
